SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Delivery
First Class and Standard Shipping orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via first class or standard delivery should arrive in 7 to 10 days. First Class and Standard Shipping are sent via US Postal Service. You may also select UPS, charges apply. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for any custom orders. Custom jewelry is handcrafted upon receipt of the order. If you have also requested a custom order with other pieces from the website, then the shipment will be mailed at the same time.
For orders $1000 and under:
Free First Class Shipping
When First Class Shipping is selected there is NO INSURANCE and NO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
Standard Shipping
All shipments are sent via US Postal Service with delivery confirmation.
Domestic Shipping via US Postal Service
First Class $4 - Expected delivery is 6-10 days.
Priority $6 - Expected delivery 3-5 days.
Express $15 - Expected delivery 1-2 days.

$15 UPS 2-Day
$25 UPS Overnight *For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses.
Additional charges apply for rush delivery. We cannot expedite deliveries outside of the continental United States.
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12PM CST. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 12PM CST through Friday 12PM CST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM CST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes.
International Shipping Standard Air Mail $25 - Expected delivery 6-10 days.
Shipping to a different Address:
You can select to send a package to:
1. ’’My Billing’’ - the same address as the billing address on your credit card
2. ’’My Shipping’’ - an alternate address for you
RETURN POLICY
Repairs: If an item should ever break, repairs are free provided all stones are returned. Otherwise all repairs are a minimum of $5.00 plus $1.50 per inch plus the retail cost of any stone or finding replacement.
Refunds/Exchanges -We will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from date of order under the following conditions. First, send an email requesting a return authorization stating the reason for the return, then be sure to mail your package back insured. Replacement orders will be promptly sent upon return of the merchandise. A refund minus a 10% restocking fee will be given on any returns. There are no returns allowed after the 30 days but within 30 days from the date it was shipped you can request an exchange for items of equal or greater value. This does not include the deposit for special orders, please see custom orders for more details. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are uninsured through the mail.
